To increase ATTACK by +4% I need +8 in WILL or MAGIC which takes 4 cloth utility slots (from Avvar Twill). On the other hand increasing CRITICAL DAMAGE is easier. Because lets say Dragon Webbing increases it in offense slot by 3.5%.
